One of my favorites. Haven't seen "Nostalghia", "Voyage in Italy", "Boris Godunov" and the early short films by Tarkovsky, yet.
But thanks for recommending it! :-)
Hey, thanks for your nice words.
Actually this is "under construction", as I've seen more than 5000 films in my life. The problem is the time to write them down. I hope this will get more representative of what I've seen, in the upcoming years, as I add titles from my old lists (I have written down ca. 4000 films which I've seen in the past elsewhere).
Thanks for your recommendtions. I've only seen excerpts from "La Cage aux folles", and the American remake some ten years ago. Rebecca is still missing, though I'm a huge Hitchcock admirer. "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" ia my favorite Leone, and might also be my favorite Western. :-)
No, we don't have similar tastes, but there are some striking resemblancies! :-)
Checked out your best of list. Looks like you still have a lot to see, though I like some of your selections (especially pre 2000). All the movies you've ever seen, you list about 1500 films. Not bad! (I'm at ca. 4500). But again, you seem to have seen a lot from the last ten years, and little before that. I'm sure that will change in the future, and I'm very glad you took some inspiration from my list. :-D
Nice selection of films. You seem to have eclectic tastes (or viewing habits), which is something I always admire. Welcome to scoreboard game, btw. :-)
Fucking Spammer!!!
Why can't I delete shitty posts like these!!?
Lol.
Done! Top 5, here I come!!! :-D

Sorry, but I sill have to update some 40 moves in February...
When I'm finished, I'll number it correctly again. Promise. :-)

I'm glad to be in again. And I'll really try to update my list for 2009. %-)
Sorry, that I was so lazy in 2007 and 2008...

It's the "Classic Film" Board at Imdb.
Interesting list. Most of those are also on mine, the others need to be seen (again)! :-D
Welcome on listology!
I cloned this list from our user dphayes.
It's very intersting, indeed.
He already has a new list up, btw.
