Author Comments:

I find it really difficult to rate movies. It's like rating friends or seasons or colors. Some movies are a horrible experience to watch, but I will never forget them. Other movies make me feel wonderful, but I can't tell you how they end. Then there are some I think you should see, because they made me think, or laugh, or cry.

Nice to see The Best Years of our Lives rate so highly. Love that movie.

Yes, it's a wonderful movie! I tried watching it years ago, and was bored with it, but my attention span has since grown. I'm so glad, because now I'm enjoying many more kinds of movies.

If a movie makes it onto this list, however it's ranked, it's worth watching.

The Best Years of Our Lives is certainly worthy of your list. What a terrific film!

It has hardly aged a day.

Shalom, y'all!

PS - I gave Spider-Man 2 as a Christmas gift, and I should be able to borrow it soon. Here's hoping I like it better than part one!

That movie seems to be on everyone's "best of" lists.

As does Sunset Blvd., with very good cause.

Shalom, y'all!

Tillie's Punctured Romance???? *shudder*
