Great list! I especially like Gregory Peck, Cary Grant, Henry Fonda and Michael Caine.
What do you think of Christopher Lee and Sir Alec Guinness?

I've seen very little of their work. I loved Christopher Lee in Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. I enjoyed Alec Guinness in Star Wars, Twelfth Night, Kind Hearts and Coronets, and the Ladykillers. I think they are both gifted character actors.
