I just saw Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon last night. i thought it was good, but I also think it was actually in English. As I was watching, the actors lips looked as though they were speaking the english words, I just think that the editing made it so that the words were a little behind the actors actual speech to give the appearence of an old saturday morning chinese Kung-fu movie.
A brilliant move in sound editing. Check it out the next time you see it and see if I'm right. I'd like a second opinion.
Could you consider adding 'Amores Perros'.
I realize you might not have seen it, and I do hope you find a chance to do so, but it is a magnificent movie.
Thank you
Jeff, while das boot is a masterpiece, I think that you should check out Life is Beatiful before you jump to any conclusions. It truly reigns in this category. By far, the best holocaust movie ever made. It even defiles the beloved "Schindler's List."
WHERE'S AMELIE?!?!
