You don't list my favorite current comedy "Ghost Hunters". I giggle all the way through. I know its not presented as a comedy, but ...

One of the greatest comedies ever was Frank's Place with Tim Reid. It was canceled because it never built a following. It never built a following because it was never at the same day/time any two weeks in a row. And was sometimes skipped. And you never get to see it in re-runs, either.
