Author Comments:
Books that have been read have no bullets and are italicized.
Books are listed in order of author (alphabetically).
**I've decided to make this a closed list. This list was created while still in high school.

Have you got all these ? I can recommend from your list:
Wuthering Heights - Emily Bronte
Rebecca - Daphne Du Maurier
Far From the Madding Crowd - Thomas Hardy
Jude the Obscure - Thomas Hardy
Tess of the D'Ubervilles - Thomas Hardy
The Odyssey - Homer (very different to The Illiad - more story and less bloody, great action/thriller)
The Lord of the Rings - JRR Tolkien (very different to The Hobbitt - much darker)
I'll make a note to myself to look into those. Thanks for the suggestions!
Actually, I just realized that I had mistakenly marked The Iliad as read, when it was The Odyssey that should have been marked. I read about halfway through The Iliad, but finished The Odyssey. You are perfectly right in your description of the two.
