Stephen King Films Ranked

  1. I am not judging the films based on how well they are adapted, but on how good the film is on its own. Aside from Carrie, Salem's Lot, The Shining, and a few of the short stories, I have not read the corresponding novels. I did not include Television Series, Sequels, nor the film "The Lawnmower Man" which King had his name legally removed from.

There are a few more King movies that I have not yet seen. Among them are: Storm of the Century, Hearts in Atlantis, Salem's Lot (2004), Riding the Bullet, Quicksilver Highway, and Desperation. I will put these up if, and when, I see them.
