Thanks to crimsonkng for pointing out the grammatical inaccuracy of my original title

Marlene Dietrich was amazing beyond words.

And how can I forget one of my favorite people ever,Emmylou.

There's something about Emmylou's toothy smile and that shock of gray hair she wears proudly that makes me swoon. Ooh!

I've always been attracted to her knowledge of music and her carefree style of exploration.

Add Kate Bush, for me.

Also, just for the record, your list should be called "Women On Whom I Have A Crush."

I've always found her attractive, but I could never shake this notion that she would interrupt hot, sweaty sex to read me poetry from Shelly or Blake or Yeats.

I thought that was Susan Sarandon?

Annie Savoy tended to favor American poets like Whitman. But she can interrupt hot, sweaty sex to read me "I Sing the Body Electric" anytime.

:-) I had actually amended this post to include, "Oh right, that was Whitman", but then I took it out again. I didn't want you thinking I thought it was Whitman that would interrupt hot, sweaty sex to read Shelley, Blake, or Yeats. I knew you'd get the reference and set me straight anyway.

I'll fight you to the death over Emmylou
