This list started off as being just a "favourite characters" list, but after a few entries I realized I have a real soft spot for supporting characters, and often remember them better and more fondly than the lead.
These are the only ones I can think of for now - any help would be appreciated.

Charlie's three kids totally stole the film. Every single scene they were in cracked me up, from arguing about physics to learning to fly the chopper.
