All ofthe songs above have, at one time or another, been played 20+ times within a week. :)

Peter Gabriel's new album Us had been out for about a week and a half, the single "Digging in the Dirt" had been out for a month and it didn't grab me so I wasn't all that keen to get his cd. While in the car I heard "Kiss That Frog" on the radio and I went insane. The car was turned around and didn't stop until I got to a music shop where I threw down for a new copy of Us ... I never do that. When I got home I played "Kiss That Frog" over and over and over for more than three days. Finally, I decided to listen to the rest of the album. As soon as I heard the first track, "Come Talk To Me", I lost it. I played that cut over and over and over and over. For over a week I listened to only two songs. I confess that I was scared to listen to anything else on the album. What if all the songs were just as good? I'd have to give up family, friends and school... and possibly eating and drinking, sleep was already right out the window. Fortunately the remaining songs were worse and I could resume my normal life.

"Jump in the water, c'mon baby jump in with me..."

Ha, only just spotted this! Interesting story, the same thing's happened to me on occasion.

Come on, admit you only liked Don't marry her for the filthy language
as for REM, as previously stated, I stopped believing in them with the album Monster but I must admit that one of my very favourite REM tracks is Crush with Eyeliner

Actually I had the version with "have" instead of "fuck" :-P So there! :)

Fair enough about REM, what about Near Wild Heaven though?

there wasn't just f-f-f-f there also was a mention of "sweaty bollocks" in the second verse So there!!! Yes, Near Wild Heaven is amongst the best songs on Out of Time and I personally feel that this song benefits a lot from Mike's vocal input

Oh yeah, heh - my version had that dubbed over with "Sandra Bullocks" :D

Near Wild Heaven - glad ya like it.

Sandra Bullocks ? You're kidding me...

Nope, seriously! Ridiculous I know..
