doesn't mean everything they are in is necessarily bad, these people just make ANYTHING(television, movies, or otherwise), no matter how terrible, worth a look and usually a laugh.
The reason I chose them specifically is because they are either often in terrible projects, or are simply underapreciated.

I agree with alot of these. Steve Zahn is so talented, he's amazing in all of his movies. the first i saw of his was Saving Silverman. That could of easily been an "American Pie" but because of Zahn (And Jack Black) it was elevated and really shines, great movie. He also does a great serious / comedic performance in Joy Ride. It shocks me that he is not as popular as Adam Sandler, or anyone else of that fame. I say watch Zahn in the future.
Bill Murray of course totally agreed. Whats a common factor is that all of them have a strong character.
The guy from Yes, Dear?
Now playing: Kasabian: Reason is treason.
yes, the genius from yes dear, better known as "the rick" from those fantastic sportcenter commercials.
Patrick Warburton is my current champion and there's also...
Steve Buscemi
Joan Cusak
Téa Leoni
But the all-time champeen has to be Phil Hartman .
I have a problem with some of your choices (and I can't see that some others are "underapreciated "but I'm not going to wander down that alley. Nice idea for a list.
I have to agree with your list. Patrick Warburton! High five!
I agree with your implication because I've seen Look Who's Talking Too which was abysmal. However, I also disagree with Tea Leoni because I hated her in the first half of Spanglish that I saw. Joan Cusack is a good call though, she's pretty consistently wonderful. I would nominate Joe Pantoliano and Anthony Hopkins. They've done some crap films but they're always watchable in them.
warburton, jack black, and matthew broderick are up for consideration... I'm pondering it as I type
but this list was mostly created for MIKE O'MALLEY... I had to include him on some sort of list and I didn't currently have one.
Even John Travolta couldn't make "Look Who's Talking" watchable in my opinion, but kudos for putting Kinski on the list. :)
i don't know i disagree... i think he even made the sequels watchable
