These are some songs that popped into my head while reading certain scenes in the Harry Potter books. There were some others that I can't remember right now, but feel free to add to the list.

Update: I was going to put Carole King's "You've Got a Friend", but as some of the closest people in his life have died (his parents, Sirius and Dumbledore), it seems a bit inappropiate.
