Note this is nowhere near an all-time list; that can be found elsewhere - namely here
This week:
"Near Wild Heaven" and "Aftermath" are still my two faves this week, comprising 2 of the 3 REMs in the top 20. A few downloads - Boomtown Rats, Radiohead, U2, Weezer - also creep in, and last week's "random" downloads - Blur, Pulp, USA For Africa - remain. Gary Glitter, Danse Macabre, New York City and You Can Call Me Al are are still here, and I've had a newfound love of all-time fave Don't Stop Me Now this week too. Rounding off the list are the mixed bag of Meat Loaf, Travis, Keane and ELO.

Yeah, Danse Macabre is a real classic, eh? For me, until about 3 months ago, it was one of those classical pieces I'd heard 100 times but had no idea what it was.
Yeah, it's a real nice listen. Over here it's the theme to one of my fave shows, Jonathan Creek, so after hearing the 30-second clip used on the show I thought I'd download the entire piece. Awesome piece.
I have a compilation that pairs Stravinsky's The Firebird with Danse Macabre -- they have a similar feel, kind of sinister yet playful.
Haven't heard "The Firebird" (my classical music knowledge is very lacking), I'll check that out.
Well, I'll have to find Firebird, then.
I like this list better than last week's I personally feel that "I Don't Like Mondays" is one of those terrific songs that don't get recognized as such often enough... "Common People" is Pulp at its "Pulpest" and "Parklife" is my favorite Blur track
This having been said, I don't care much about REM's post-Monster albums, any U2 or Queen and Meatloaf held the world in his hands back in 78 but only held his humongous belly in his hands after the 93 Bat out of Hell II comeback
Thanks for the comments, cramoukji, interesting thoughts. Completely agree with "I Don't Like Mondays", "Common People" and "Parklife".
Nice to know someone reads this list! :)
