I was actually more interested to see what they did next in it than with a typical film, I guess my initial harsh rating was because I feel they could have taken the concept even further. Certainly not your typical teen movie and I can see why people who don't want mainstream but don't want to be too challenged would like this film)

If i'm reading correctly, you've seen as many films in half of 08 as you did in the whole of 2007. I thought they made you work harder at uni :O lol.
Any thoughts on making a fav films list?

lol, there is a lot of free time as well. Plus back then i didn't know about surfthechannel.com which is awesome. I notice you've hardly been quiet on the film watching front :P Quite possibly but I'd do it once i got back home because then I'd have access to the ones that I would probably place on there, which I would need to rewatch. The more films i see the more I realise that I've given certain films too generous ratings. Is gladiator really a 9.5 when compared to 2001? I don't think so, the former would be more like an 8 or 8.5 at max.
