Deliberate is a favourite of mine also - it has a woody sound.

Some great suggestions to add to the list. I really like "tranquility" and was surprised I didn't already have it.

cubic bone making up the nasal cavity... definitely a good addition. I haven't thought about scientific words, and I'm sure there's lots of good ones.
