Ralph Wiggum can never get enough love. He might be (alright, he IS) my favorite Simpsons' character.

Congrats on the groovy new do!

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

Eventhough I love Ralph,no one can replace Homer.I like my new do as well, it's a lot easier to keep up with.

When I grow up, I wanna be a principal, or a caterpillar.

hehehehe!

:) One of the best Ralph episodes!

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

Darn Right.

When I grow up, I'm going to Bovine University!

My goodness, that one might be the most under-rated episode...

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

I'm gonna take out your liver bones! or My baby my baby Where's my baby?

I bent my wookie.

Oh,Ralph.

By the way, thumbs-up to Big Fish. It's a high second-tier placement for me.

I saw it twice already! It gets better each time.

I'd love to check out your LiveJournal site, if you don't mind sharing the URL. You could e-mail it to me if you don't want to broadcast it. Or you could just tell me to butt out. :-)

I would love it if you read my livejournal jim:)

Beware of Language and some inuendo but were all adults we can handle it!

:-) Excellent. I love reading Listologists weblogs (although I only know of one other). Sorry you're bored (or at least that you were at an ungodly early hour this morning).

Hey, Jim, if you're interested I kind of sneakily put a link to mine in my profile several weeks ago without mentioning it anywhere. I'm sure you won't find any shocking revelations about me, but it might interest you a little. :-)

Of course I'm interested! Too bad Listology doesn't have a "recent updates" page for profiles, or I would have noticed earlier. :-)

Hey there, long time no see! Welcome back! Mmm... Sleep. Now there's a good addiction I have no idea how I overlooked all this time.

my computer has been acting up but I am glad to be back! Sleep is a beautiful thing.

One small question. Is it the sleep you enjoy or the waking up from sleep?

Being 21 rocks.

>:?\ <----envious stook.

Tallyho.

:?)

I enjoy being asleep, and being 21 is delightful!

What are some 'things that never get old'?

hugs,good friends,good times,snow angels,sand castles,memories,comfy pillows,etc.

ah, thanks

no problem!

Cary Grant, right on. What are some of your favorite Cary Grant movies?

hmmm that's a hard one.

I also really like Nikki Giovanni's poems, although specific ones I love escape my memory at the moment...

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

She's coming to florida this Wednesday....YAY! I get to hear her speak for free.

To steal from the esteemed Stooky:

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

aww don't be.

It ain't easy being green...

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

As long as your not blue.

Nope. Untangled.

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

Excellent.

YAY! Un Chien Andalou!

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

I adore it.

It is one of my fifty favorite films, and when you have sat through as many movies as I have sat through, that is high praise.

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

I know it makes me want to rethink my favorite list.

Nieces! They are no longer on my list, as they are permanent addictions!

Last night, one of my nieces wanted to play The Incredibles and then hide and seek. She then wanted to combine the two, playing hide and seek while being invisible (she was hiding). That was an interesting round of hide and seek!

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

She sounds delightful.

I didn't know they had Whataburgers in Florida. I am from Texas, and except for one or two in Louisiana, I have never seen them anywhere else except for the Lone Star State (where they are everywhere). They are actually one of the things I miss most about Texas. The burgers are great, but I really love the taquitos...

Johnny Waco

Heck, Johnny, we even have a few here in Tulsa!

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

Hmmm, they appear to be colonizing. Excellent!

Have you ever tried it?

Johnny Waco

Yep, when I was a kid. They've been here forever.

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

*drools* Whataburger!!!!

I always got the vanilla milkshakes. Good stuff!

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

Mmmm Milkshakes.....

They bring me to the yard!

I have no idea what that means...

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

I could teach you... but I have to charge.

Yup, one just opened up in Florida a couple months ago and I'm it's biggest fan. Wha? I did'nt know they had taquitos!

After 11:00 pm (I love they start breakfast that early).

Johnny Waco

Cool deal.

Slaughter House Five is indeed cool. Vonnegut is one of those authors hipsters love to talk about, which made me doubt how good he could actually be, but I've loved everything I've read by him, especially Slaughter House Five and Breakfast of Champions. The film version of his Mother Night, from the mid-nineties and starring Nick Nolte, is quite good too (even though that doesn't technically count as one of his works).

But "Puggles"? What in the world are "Puggles"?

Johnny Waco

Yay Vonnegut!

Puggles are a cross between Pugs and beagles.

Yay Don Hertzfeldt!

I agree and Oh yeah...

My spoon's too big!

"Rejected" inspired my first (and so far, only) tattoo. Which should speak to me obsessive love of the film. :-)

What is the tattoo of?

The film's final image. If someone hasn't seen the film, it's verrrry difficult to explain why I have a screaming bunny rabbit on my right shoulder... :-)

Excellent.

oh Bubble wrap, how i love thee.

I agree.

Now I'm jealous. I really wanted to catch Turtles Can Fly when it hit town, but alas, I missed it. Error in the outfield. Now I'm benched until video... :(

Paul Simon has the unique honor of being added to both of our addictions lists in the same day! Huzzah!

Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

Huzzah! indeed.

Turtles can fly left me speechless.

Mmmmm, smoked gouda. There was a Dutch market in St. Anne's Square in Manchester a few weeks ago, and I got to sample some straight from Holland. I'm happy enough with free cheese, but that was just spoiling me.

Gouda is one of my favorite cheeses and free cheese is quite a gift.

I was surprised to find that in England Dutch cheese still suffers a bit from a bad rep. At one time, it was thought that Dutch cheese was rubbery and tasteless, but I suspect it's possible that the Dutch used to export lower quality cheese, keeping the best for themselves. In any case, the English can leave it alone if they want, and leave the rest for me!

Indeed.

Oh how I dream about Gouda.
