- ECON 001. Introductory Economics: Micro (Required for Wharton freshmen, but I'm actually kinda excited for this class. I read some of my friend's AP Economics textbook over the summer, and I found much of it very interesting.)
- MATH 104. Calculus, Part I (Required for Wharton freshmen. If I had gotten a 5 on my AP BC Calculus exam, I could've skipped it, but higher levels of calculus scare me. Of course, that's a moot point, since I only got a 4 on the AP.)
- MGMT 100. Leadership and Communication in Groups (Required for Wharton freshmen. I heard it's actually pretty fun.)
- LGST 101. Introudction to Law and Legal Process (Required before I graduate Wharton, so I figured I'd get it out of the way.)
- ENGL 012-302: Writing Seminar in Film - Take Two (Basically a course about film adapted from literature. As you can probably tell, I'm excited.)
Author Comments:
I'm going to Wharton, the business school at the University of Pennsylvania. These are my classes for the first semester of my freshman year.
Comments about anything under the sun are, as always, welcome.

This is a tough load for your first semester as a freshmen. I've taken versions of these courses and I can promise that the Calculus and Law course will be alot of work. Good luck, man!
Yeah, it may be pretty tough, but I'm ready for the challenge. I think most of these classes will at least be interesting, and the more involved I am in the subject, the more willing I am to do work. Hopefully I'll have a better calc teacher than my high school one (who could make anything uninteresting).
Good luck! When do you leave for school? Or have you already? I seem to recall most orientations starting in late August.
Thanks!
Most orientations do, but mine doesn't start till September 2nd. So I'm here for a while as I watch all my friends slowly slip away... sigh.
