I insist that we will be rating only bars and confectionery produced and marketed by the Mars corporation and not other corporations... My personal favorite are Recees' sticks, Recees' cups, peanut butter M&Ms and Butterfinger. I haven't had the ones on the list already for so long I couldn't rate them (oh, come on, we're talking candy, here), except for Starburst which I'd give a 4.
