Number 8 is from "Blood Feast". Where in the world did you dig this movie up? I can't remember the actor who played Fuad Ramses so this guess may not count, but I do remember this being considered not only the first "gore" movie from the early 60's, but one of the worst ever.

I think I'm right about Captain Spalding though... unless there's another movie with a Captain Spalding that you're thinking of? If so, I imagine it was probably a tribute to the great Groucho role.
I think you might be right but it is not the role i'm refering to.
I cheated and looked it up on the IMDB. Spoilers (don't highlight this if you intend to guess for #14): I think many of the character names in that movie seem to pay homage to Groucho Marx roles. There's Captain Spaulding from "Animal Crackers", Otis Driftwood from "Night at the Opera", and of course Rufus Firefly from "Duck Soup." I don't know if you're a Marx Bros. fan, but I found that tidbit interesting.
