Shalom, y'all!

L. Bangs

Ahhh yes the one the only Minnie Ripperton.

you gotta love this lady's range...not just the classics like 1975's number one "Lovin' You", but the early psychedelic stuff with rotary connection (their interpolation of otis & aretha's "respect" is incredible!) as well as the later r&b joints ("memory lane" is just as beautiful today as it was when it first hit radio)...this lady is still missed 25 years later...peace
