Not my 100 favourite tracks incidently. Just exactly what the title states. If I started doing favourites the Velvet Underground for one might start pushing double figures.








Nice list! For Beefheart, I might nominate "Electricity" as the lead-in for the new listener because it strikes a nice compromise between more common blues rock and the avant-gardeness of his later material.
Thanks! Which Beefheart one to choose was one of the more difficult ones actually. Electricity was one of the other tracks I considered along with Zig Zag Wanderer, Moonlight On Vermont, When Big Joan Sets Up, Ella Guru and Tarotplane.
