Awesome list. I would clone this if you don't mind?
Clone away...
Hadn't heard of "5-25-77" before, but the premise brings back some childhood memories. If only I'd kept that "Star Wars" souvenir magazine. Same with "Blade Runner."
I myself am primarily looking forward to Goners, Wonder Woman, The Fountain, The Prestige, and X-Men 3: The Last Stand.
EDIT: I slap myself silly for forgetting Spider-Man 3.
First, I 'd like to say I'm hoping for the best from X-Men: The Last Stand .
Second, I was delighted to see in the second trailer a quote from a jeans commercial.
Re: Cars (2006) - D: John Lasseter
I now more than agree. I try to obey the speed limit on expectations for each new Pixar movie but it's now pedal-to-the-metal until I see the checkered flag.
Like any great producer/director tandem the Anderson/Lasseter team has written roles and cast actors designed for one another in a movie that springs out of personal experience. Cars will feature the voice work of Bob Costas, Tom & Ray Magliozzi, Richard Petty and Darrell Waltrip (as Darrell Cartrip). The NYTimes runs down a lot of the care and creativity that went into the movie.
What goes unmentioned in his relationship with Owen Wilson's Lightning McQueen is Newman's relationship with a previous McQueen. I also like the use of Lightyear tires.Isn't it time to recognize John Ratzenberger as Pixar's good luck charm?
"Sympathy for Lady Vengeance" is absolutely stunning on every level. Definitely worth the wait.
You're really interested and are going to see all these movies? Wooousy! ;)
Yes, I am interested in the potential of all of these movies. No, I won't be going to see them all. I'll probably only see the ones that maintain their good potential once they are released.
Understandable. But I'm still at woousy. ;)
