Just a quick post, but ALL 219 movies in my queue at this very moment have a "Very Long Wait." Gee, I wonder if they read my rant on HackingNetflix.com?
I called them and the customer service rep assured me that most of my movies are available and shipping should be OK. She was going to inform the "engineer" of my problem. I was beginning to get paranoid there for a moment. I'm sure someone at Netflix has found the Hacking Netflix site and reads the comments for customer perspectives. LOL I was thinking they were seeking revenge or something. My best friend is signing up for RedOctane to test out their video game rental service. Either she or I will post an article on Listology letting you know about their services.
P.S. They just "shipped" my next movie, The Devil's Backbone, so even though my queue appears messed up everything is working as the representative promised.
