Help please - Best Lou Rawls Album

  • I need some help. I know a few Lou Rawls tunes that I absolutely love, and have recommended his music to a friend of mine. What I would like is to recommend a really good album, but having never heard an entire one, I thought someone here might have some advice about which one would be best.

Wow Lou Rawls...mmm have not thought about him in some time. I remember when I was a teenager, my girlfriend had an album called "When you hear Lou Rawls, you've heard it all" or Something along those lines at least. It was played a lot during ummm... romantic interludes. I always thought it was pretty good but than that could have just been a hormonal thing. I always remeber it was too short an album though....

I think the best one I've got is the 2 cd set "Anothology". "The Legendary Lou Rawls" is good as well.
